Meghan Scully is an attorney specializing in government benefits and services for low income individuals and families. She currently works for Cancer Legal Care, assisting cancer patients navigate the Social Security Administration's disability programs. Previously, Meghan worked at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (SMRLS). While at SMRLS, she led the Health Care Legal Partnership practice unit. This team of attorneys used the medical legal partnership model to address the health-harming legal issues of patients and communities. Meghan also teaches the Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic at UMN Law. She is the former co-chair of the Health Care Legal Partnership Collaborative, and secretary of the MSBA Administrative Law Section. When not advocating for her clients, Meghan can be found keeping up with her amazing kids, singing along to broadway musicals, tending to her family’s garden, puzzling, and cheering on the Minnesota Lynx.
