            Having heard the argument of the parties, and having reviewed the file, this Court orders as follows:

            1.         Execution of the Writ of Restitution is stayed and Judgment is vacated until this Court issues a decision on the Motion for an Order quashing the Writ and vacating judgment.

            2.         The County Sheriff's Department shall not take any action to enforce the Writ, shall cease from enforcing the Writ if it has already begun to enforce the Writ, and shall take all measures necessary to immediately restore possession of the premises to Defendant(s).
